YELLOW-STRIPE (YS) – What do you want to show with your music?
PROKET - Its all different. I used to represent some technogenic worlds, space technology in my tracks.
These days i am more into universe energy if you want, the energy wich is around us, the one we consist of.
YS – You are certainly one of the innovators of Techno or Technoid Drum and Bass. Lately some producers have started to dislike the term, what about you?
PROKET - I do not dislike that term, because i see techno drum and bass in a different way. Most of producers dislike it cause that sound is changed, it got worse actually, its just all about stupid drum loop and stupid bleep on it. Everyone can do such a track in 5 min. Offkey used to make techno drum and bass in a proper way, in a way we can call it techno drum and bass.
YS – Tell us about your biggest influences and themes of your music.
PROKET - If you mean some artist, then its Konflict, Cause4Concern, Stakka&Skynet, Ed Rush&Optical, Dom&Roland. These guys are legends. Other inspiration is about my interests, wich is space, world, nature, people. When you making track, its like you building some new planet or star with its own unique world.
